Use it! I do. AI is great for definitions and first drafts. But payments decisions require answers AI doesn't have: what a processor will actually approve with an ever changing regulatory landscape, why you really got declined, which vendor's pricing is negotiable and which isn't, and the introduction that gets you to the right person in a week instead of a month.
